The 75th annual Sherburne Pageant of Bands will welcome dozens of bands, hundreds of performers, thousands of spectators and two very special guests to Sherburne from Thursday to Saturday!


Saturday’s main event as bands, color guard teams and drumlines will strut their stuff in the traditional march down Main Street beginning at 1 p.m.


The parade route will end at the Sherburne-Earlville Central School District’s Marauder Stadium. 


An Awards Ceremony highlighting the Pageant’s best will immediately follow.


The 2024 Sherburne Pageant of Bands officially begins after school Thursday with Small Ensemble and Jazz Band performances on the SECSD campusat 6:30 p.m. in the MS-HS Auditorium. The evening concert is free and open to the public.


Jazz Band and Small Ensemble competition will resume after school Friday, and Concert Bands will perform on campus from 8 a.m.-noon Saturday. Marching bands and color guard teams will start lining up on Main Street around noon, with the parade scheduled to start at 1 p.m. Drumline events will begin at Marauder Stadium as participants finish the parade route, with the two special exhibitions and Awards Ceremony to follow.

 There is no cost nor assigned seating for spectators, who will not be required to wear masks and social distance but may choose to do so at their discretion.
